COMMUNICATION - Clients will receive updates on orders, from receipt of order to completion of appraisal, via email.  Clients, at any time, can inquire about status of a report.

TURN AROUND TIME - Appointments are typically scheduled within 12 hours of submittal of a completed order form. Using our electronic mail technology, reports are typically available 12 to 48 hours from the time of inspection. 

QUALITY - Our goal is to provide quality appraisals in a timely fashion.  Together with great communication, quick response time and quality work, we can more effectively and efficiently help meet each others needs.
